Play Equity/L84: Senior Staff Training

Back in November, BMSG’s training team gave an in-person training to Play Equity Fund grantees. The training was designed to equip grantees with the storytelling skills needed to describe their work and the impact of their programs in a compelling way. Inspired by the work accomplished here, Play Equity/L84 invited BMSG’s director Lori Dorfman to their end-of-year retreat to help them develop a more upstream, vision-focused outlook when it comes to equity-focused work. BMSG’s primary objective for this session was to provide participants with a strong foundation in strategic communication, as well as an opportunity to practice those concepts in the context of their program goals.
